LICENSE TERMS

Product: 2020+ Ford Explorer Intake T-Fitting

License Term: Monthly subscription (auto-renews until canceled)

Price: $2.99/month

GRANT OF LICENSE

Upon payment of the monthly subscription fee, 3 Boyz Printz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to:

•       Download the 2020+ Ford Explorer Intake T-Fitting design files

•       Print this design using 3D printing equipment

•       Sell physical printed items made from this design

You may market and distribute the printed products freely.

RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

•       Modify, alter, or create derivative works from the 2020+ Ford Explorer Intake T-Fitting design

•       Redistribute, share, or resell the design files

•       Sub-license or resell the commercial license to others

•       Use the design for commercial manufacturing outside of 3D printing

•       Remove or alter any copyright notices or attribution

•       Use this design for trademarked or branded products without written consent

Each 3 Boyz Printz design requires its own separate commercial license.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The 2020+ Ford Explorer Intake T-Fitting design files remain the exclusive property of 3 Boyz Printz. This license grants limited commercial printing rights for this design only. You do not own the design.

TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates if:

•       Monthly subscription payment fails or is canceled

•       You breach any terms of this agreement

•       3 Boyz Printz discontinues the commercial license program

Upon termination, you must cease all commercial use and sales of products made from the 2020+ Ford Explorer Intake T-Fitting design within 30 days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3 Boyz Printz is not responsible for print failures, quality issues, or customer complaints related to your printing or sales operations. This license covers the design files only. You are responsible for all printing and sales aspects of your business.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Commercial Print License Agreement.
